Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we are unable to accept returns. All sales of fresh flowers are final once the order has been delivered.
If your flowers arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue. We will assess your complaint and, where appropriate, offer a replacement arrangement or store credit.
Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items (such as vases, gift items, or accessories), we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.
