By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment provider.

Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Delivery

We deliver to selected areas within our delivery zones. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We will do our best to deliver your order on the requested date; however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We accept no liability for delays outside our control.

If no one is available to accept delivery, we may leave the order in a safe place or attempt redelivery. We accept no responsibility for orders left unattended at your instruction.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. We will assess each complaint individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Product Availability

All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or products of equal or greater value where necessary, maintaining the style and colour palette of the original arrangement.

Governing Law (New Zealand)

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
